1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any beta.vn service ("Services"), including Beta Maps API, MyGBP, and Security Audit services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Services
beta.vn provides: (a) Beta Maps API — directions, geocoding, places search, and autocomplete API services; (b) MyGBP — Google Business Profile management tools; (c) Security CaaS — compliance auditing and certification support services.
3. Account & API Keys
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share API keys publicly. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in USD. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price increase.
5. SLA
Service Level Agreements are provided based on your plan tier. See our SLA page for specific uptime commitments and remedy procedures.
6. Limitation of Liability
beta.vn's total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
